Description

You will own production support and incident resolution for critical enterprise systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support and manage incidents for critical systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis for system failures and API issues.
• Debug data issues using complex SQL queries against databases.
• Investigate and resolve performance bottlenecks across services.
• Develop scripts and automation to streamline operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in production support or engineering.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix command-line operations and server diagnostics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data debugging.
• Experience troubleshooting REST APIs and application integration issues.
• Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for automation.
• Working knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience utilizing ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Understanding of SaaS platform support models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-grade incident management workflows.
