Description

Provide technical leadership and end-to-end production support for IT applications, integrations, and mobile apps.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage L1 and L2 monitoring and application support to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Analyze production issues, identify bugs, and implement technical fixes.
• Act as the primary escalation point for all technical production issues.
• Develop support documentation, including risk logs and requirement specifications.
• Communicate production issues and potential risks to project teams and senior management.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in production support or application support.
• Hands-on experience with FinnOne (LOS, LMS, CAS).
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of SFDC, SOP-API, and Mule/API integrations.
• Background in banking domains, specifically lending and retail sites.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, B.Tech, MCA, ME, MS, or M.Tech.
