Manage daily production activities and procurement strategies to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production to meet targets, maintain quality, and optimize costs according to the production plan.
• Enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and line efficiency through productivity projects and process streamlining.
• Manage raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Lead end-to-end procurement, including supplier selection, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze production expenses and data to forecast challenges and implement control strategies.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in Production Planning and workforce deployment.
• Hands-on experience with OEE and line efficiency optimization.
• Strong skills in Inventory Management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Proven ability in Product Quality control and managing rejection percentages.
• Competency in Data Analysis for forecasting and operational reporting.
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and procurement processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to conduct competitor product benchmarking for cost-saving opportunities.
