Description

You will manage production processes and respond to plant operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to plant instructions and alarms promptly.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities under normal job stress.
• Deliver clear presentations to both small and large groups.
• Maintain availability for irregular shift hours, including frequent call-ins or callbacks.
• Work within confined spaces and navigate production areas across four levels of height.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related Chemistry/Engineering field.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds frequently.
• Ability to wear a respirator as required.
• Visual acuity of 20/20 (or corrected to 20/20) and good color perception.
• Physical capability for frequent standing, reaching, bending, stretching, and walking.
• Ability to ascend and descend stairs in production areas.
• Mental alertness to monitor plant conditions.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Chemical Manufacturing or Engineering.
