Description

Optimize manufacturing processes, maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and reduce cycle times and downtime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Use data analysis and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) to develop and justify solutions for complex manufacturing problems.
• Manage large project implementations, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance while minimizing operating expenses.
• Create and analyze daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery gaps and implement countermeasures.
• Lead long-term improvement projects and mentor other engineers through training and task delegation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing-related role.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent related experience.
• Strong technical analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and complex schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Solidworks, or Catia.
• Battery production knowledge.
• Korean language proficiency.
