Responsibilities

• Apply 6Sigma problem-solving toolkits to resolve production issues.
• Own the implementation of standard maintenance protocols.
• Oversee daily shop operations and workflows.
• Utilize data visualization tools to monitor production metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a production or engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBI for data visualization.
• Practical application of 6Sigma problem-solving methodologies.
• Working knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Basic understanding of HTML.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
