Description

You will manage daily production targets and optimize the availability and performance of LNG liquefaction trains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set daily LNG train production targets and define operating limits in coordination with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering.
• Build and maintain real-time surveillance and monitoring models to optimize plant availability and performance.
• Analyze deviations from live operating envelope limits to identify actions for safe and reliable LNG rundown.
• Identify short, medium, and long-term reliability improvement initiatives using physics-based or data-driven models.
• Lead Engineering Investigation Requests (EIRs) and Management of Change (MoC) processes to improve train performance.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Process, Production, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in production engineering roles.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering production performance improvements.
• Direct experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Experience with LNG, petrochemical, NGL, cryogenic natural gas processing, or hydrocarbon processing.
• Ability to manage production loss events and engage stakeholders for validation and reporting.
• Proficiency in using real-time systems and data-driven modeling for production risk mitigation.
