Description

You will own the reliability, performance, and security of data pipelines in Snowflake and Oracle environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake and Oracle to ensure reliable data availability.
• Write and tune advanced SQL, PL/SQL queries, and stored procedures for efficient data transformation.
• Automate data ingestion, validation, and monitoring using Python, Apache Airflow, or Prefect.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Implement security best practices, including role-based access control and encryption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle and Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development skills.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Apache Airflow or Prefect.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to monitor database health and optimize cloud resource costs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and Snowflake Resource Monitors.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
