Description

You will manage TMS operations and content management workflows to ensure localization quality and efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run TMS operations, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
• Create delivery PRs to GitHub and provide bug fix support.
• Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing root causes and implementing solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks in L10N processes and build technical solutions to improve timelines.
• Set up staging and builds in coordination with Product teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or content engineering roles.
• Deep knowledge of L10N, i18n, and localizability.
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, Slack, and Postman.
• Understanding of the relationship between code, content, and DPH.
• Experience with QA, test cases, automation, staging, and build processes.
• Familiarity with content repositories such as Contentful, Salesforce, or IBM Watson.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Scripting and API experience.
• Experience working directly with Content and Product development teams.
