Description

You will own the operational health and evolution of the Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage SRM and CEP solutions to improve supplier collaboration and customer interactions.
• Maintain and streamline CRM and sales processes using native Salesforce features.
• Address and resolve technical production issues to ensure application stability.
• Monitor resource performance using CloudWatch and Dynatrace and document support processes.
• Collaborate on scalable architecture design and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development or administration.
• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing SOQL queries.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes.
• Understanding of network architecture within cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues independently.
• Experience working in team-based problem-solving settings.
