Description

You will own production stability and incident response across global market hours.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure alerts and user-reported issues, ensuring full tracking through to resolution.
• Lead incident management, including accurate communication to impacted groups and root cause investigations.
• Execute and verify production changes following strict change management procedures.
• Coordinate with external vendors and exchanges to resolve connectivity and market data issues.
• Partner with development teams to drive operational excellence and automate manual processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in production management or application support.
• Proficiency with Linux environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or UNIX shell.
• Experience with database management.
• Network diagnostic skills covering TCP/IP, UDP, and SNMP.
• Knowledge of real-time messaging technologies and multicast.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting mission-critical applications and knowledge of risk management concepts.
• Familiarity with Autosys, Perforce, ClearCase, or Cloud technologies.
