Description

Lead the Production Department to ensure profitability, safety, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all production activities and delegate roles to align with business goals and sales growth.
• Enforce adherence to operational safety, environmental policies, and legal standards.
• Manage production schedules to meet monthly delivery goals and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities, 5S initiatives, and process optimizations to reduce waste and defects.
• Oversee human resources functions including performance evaluations, training programs, and staffing levels.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven leadership and managerial decision-making experience.
• Technical understanding of production processes, machinery, and products.
• Basic knowledge of product engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with barcode tools.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and staff training skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting Kaizen activities and implementing 5S workplace organization.
