Responsibilities

• Supervise production activities and delegate roles to meet business goals.
• Enforce operational safety, environmental policies, and legal standards.
• Manage production schedules to meet monthly delivery and customer satisfaction targets.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and process optimizations.
• Handle HR functions including performance evaluations and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven leadership and managerial decision-making experience.
• Technical understanding of production processes, machinery, and products.
• Basic knowledge of product engineering.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with barcode tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting Kaizen activities and implementing 5S workplace organization.
