Description

You will own the oversight of end-to-end plant operations for a new facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SOPs, KPIs, and operational systems.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Manage aseptic processing lines and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Optimize resource utilization (labor, materials, equipment) to control costs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in aseptic operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
• Experience in launching or scaling up a manufacturing facility.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic processing and high-speed packaging.
• Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and QMS platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards: FDA, USDA, cGMP, HACCP.
• Experience with commissioning new equipment and facility validation.
