Manage production teams to meet targets while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to hit targets and maintain high standards for safety and quality.
• Drive accountability on the production floor by setting expectations and providing regular feedback.
• Execute root cause analysis to troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
• Implement standardized work processes, operating guidelines, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to optimize processes and reduce costs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing, ideally with Tier 1 supplier experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies including Six Sigma, FMEA, Red X, and 8D.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and financial principles.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and lead production teams.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
