Description

You will oversee daily operations of the extrusion production facility, ensuring smooth workflows and timely order fulfillment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual operating budgets and provide performance reports to leadership.
• Supervise production and die-cleaning staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensure all extrusion equipment is maintained through preventive and productive programs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and lower costs.
• Enforce safety procedures and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in plastic extrusions manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion machinery, tooling, and die cleaning.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize production, and drive efficiency.
• Experience in production planning, reporting, and metrics tracking.
• 5+ years of relevant leadership experience.
• Graduate degree in any field.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
