Description

Design and manage observability solutions to provide real-time visibility into application and infrastructure health within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions across platforms, applications, and infrastructure ecosystems.
• Configure Dynatrace and other APM tools to identify bottlenecks and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and reports to track key metrics and enable proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with development teams to instrument applications for tracing, logging, and observability integration.
• Troubleshoot complex issues regarding performance, scalability, and reliability using APM tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production operations or observability architecture.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynatrace, New Relic, Datadog, or AppDynamics.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack for infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud environments and monitoring data platforms.
• Technical knowledge of monitoring integration for servers, storage, network, and security components.
• Understanding of data platforms, batch jobs, and ETL processes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Dynatrace and AWS Cloud training or certification.
