Description

Execute production line tasks and material handling in a manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute production activities strictly following batch records and SOPs.
• Inspect components, materials, and final products to identify non-conforming rejects.
• Sample and evaluate products using defined methods, notifying supervisors if results exceed limits.
• Document lot changes, line clearances, production processes, and cleaning operations in log books and batch records.
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments, clear equipment jams, and troubleshoot machinery.

Required Skills

• Experience following SOPs and working within GMP environments.
• Ability to use required PPE and adhere to safety compliance.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations including fractions, decimals, and percentages.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
• Capacity to lift up to 35 lbs. unaided and up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production operations.
