Description

Manage planning and inventory requirements for semi-complex products with minimal supervision.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute broad-scope inventory analyses to manage safety stock, procurement lots, and master data.
• Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, and Project teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within material planning and assist in implementation.
• Provide direction to fabrication, engineering, and supply chain teams regarding project scope and production execution.
• Lead small groups of planners in specific problem-solving and process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply/demand reconciliation, manufacturing planning, or procurement.
• Intermediate SAP system experience with an understanding of manufacturing and procurement modules.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, including their capabilities, inputs, and outputs.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures and supply/demand information related to sales orders.
• Ability to read manufacturing routings and identify necessary changes.
• Proficiency in analyzing system shortage reports to identify critical path issues affecting delivery dates.
• Thorough knowledge of procurement, manufacturing, and fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
