Description

Own production planning, cost optimization, and service delivery for the EU/FE network.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build short, medium, and long-term operational plans to minimize variable staffing costs.
• Support input forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to drive strategic decisions.
• Interact with business and finance customers to gather data and present insights effectively.
• Analyze complex business problems to identify root causes and drive forward-looking opportunities.
• Promote process improvement and standardization across all network sites.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production planning.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience with forecasting techniques and cost optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor's degree (Any Graduate).
