Description

You will manage manufacturing planning, capacity, and work center allocation to ensure schedule attainment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the end-to-end planning cycle and run the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Level load work center utilization and regulate production for On-Time Production (OTP).
• Expedite shop floor production and mediate discussions to ensure correct business decisions.
• Analyze client functional requirements to provide data-driven, KPI-focused recommendations.
• Document process deviations and report deliverable hits or misses to change management leadership.
• Partner with supply chain ecosystem partners to execute the frozen plan and meet business metrics.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing industries as a production planner.
• Experience in manufacturing planning, capacity, routing, and work center allocation.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including MS Excel and MS Access.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to perform data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
• Ability to manage projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain.
• APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP).
• Knowledge of the Supply Chain Services industry.
