Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead incident management for production issues, ensuring accurate triage, prioritization, and timely resolution within SLA.
• Provide production support for Java backend applications, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Own L2 troubleshooting activities, including investigation of application defects, logs, and runtime behavior.
• Manage and mentor a support team of ~5 members, including shift coverage and performance guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, communicate status, and prevent recurrence.

Skills Required:

• 13-16 years of relevant experience in application support, backend development, and production support environments.
• Strong experience in incident management and production support operations.
• Hands-on expertise in Java backend troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Experience with L2 troubleshooting, support workflows, and SLA-driven support environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing support teams and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to handle high-priority incidents in fast-paced production environments.
• Mandatory experience in the Healthcare or Healthcare Technology domain.

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with healthcare applications, workflows, and compliance considerations.
• Exposure to monitoring tools, support automation, and ITIL-based support processes.
