You own the operational stability and continuous improvement of critical production services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of change management strategies for cloud adoption and new technology implementations.
• Oversee the Problem Management process end-to-end, ensuring root cause analysis and resolution of recurring incidents.
• Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and design optimized procedures that reduce risk.
• Lead post-mortem and root cause analysis for significant incidents, applying ITIL standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow, enhancing IT Service Management processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, Change Management, Problem Management, and Incident Management.
• Experience managing operations within Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in automation scripting using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience driving service resilience using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and manage stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques.
