Description

Manage production team members to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations within the assigned department.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production operations, ensuring team compliance with safety manuals, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for team members regarding equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Evaluate employee performance, attendance, and attitude, providing documentation and action plans for personnel issues.
• Analyze production methods and cost controls to recommend improvements to the plant superintendent.
• Execute safety protocols, including weekly and monthly safety audits, accident investigations, and 8D root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a production or supervisory environment.
• Strong English communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience conducting Safety Audits and managing HSE&E reporting.
• Proficiency in processing EIRP rewards and related administrative documentation.
• Ability to evaluate color for quality control purposes.
• Knowledge of environmental management system compliance and resource conservation.
• Ability to manage labor variances by re-assigning team members as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Visual Aids for operational clarity.
