Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, batching, or packaging environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage staff development.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience working in a unionized environment.
• Strong communication skills.

• Degree or graduate level education in any field.
