Description

Provide L2 and L3 production support for banking technology solutions, focusing on the Silverlake LN (Loan) system. Manage support requests during weekend and wee hour shifts, ensuring clear communication of technical solutions and status updates to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Silverlake LN banking system.
• Analyze and solve complex problems in the OS/400 environment.
• Deliver L2 and L3 production support services for banking and financial industry solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions and status updates clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT industry experience in technology solution or support service delivery.
• Experience with Silverlake LN (Loan) banking system.
• Proficiency in RPG programming language.
• Proficiency in COBOL programming language.
• Familiarity with OS/400 systems.
• Experience in L2 or L3 production support roles.
