Description

Provide L2 and L3 production support for banking technology solutions, primarily focusing on the Silverlake LN (Loan) system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Silverlake LN and OS/400 environments.
• Manage support requests during weekend and early-hour shifts.
• Communicate technical solutions and status updates clearly to stakeholders.
• Analyze and solve complex problems in the OS/400 environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT industry experience in technology solution or support service delivery.
• Proficiency in RPG and COBOL programming languages.
• Familiarity with OS/400 systems.
• Experience with Silverlake LN (Loan) banking system.
• Proven experience in L2 or L3 production support roles.
