Description

You will provide technical application and server support for production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical issues related to applications, servers, and database connectivity.
• Monitor and investigate application issues using Splunk logs.
• Use scripting languages to automate tasks and manage technical environments.
• Work independently and within a team to resolve production incidents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix environments.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk.
• Ability to write scripts in Python, PowerShell, or Unix shell.
• Ability to write basic SQL statements.
• Knowledge of SFTP (secure file transfer protocol).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automated Scheduler tools like Autosys and batch support.
• Ability to write Splunk queries to investigate logs.
• Understanding of DNS, Load Balancer concepts, and Disaster Recovery.
