Description

You will analyze and resolve data issues for the enterprise data warehouse, collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve data issues within the enterprise data warehouse architecture.
• Create source-to-target mapping documents to capture application data elements and load them into the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure mapping documents are correctly implemented in ETL code.
• Perform data validation to ensure accurate data movement into the warehouse.
• Consult with reporting teams to investigate variances between the data warehouse and source systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis within an enterprise data warehouse environment.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with proficiency in generating DDL.
• 2 years of Policy & Claims Insurance subject-matter expertise.
• Experience with RDBMS platforms including SQL Server and DB2.
• Deep understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architecture concepts and frameworks.
• Ability to create and tune Semantic layer Reporting Views.
• Experience facilitating data discovery sessions with business subject-matter experts.
• B.S. Degree in Computer Information Science, Information Management, or Statistics.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Guidewire Policy Center, Guidewire Claims Center, SAP FS-RI, or SAP FS-CD applications.
