Description

You will maintain system stability by troubleshooting network, application, and system issues through log analysis and performance metric monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system issues using logs and diagnostic tools.
• Identify root causes for technical issues and recommend permanent solutions.
• Manage vendors to track and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Execute ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management.
• Administer user security and manage service requests for domains, DNS, and URL redirects.
• Document technical notes, user guides, and root cause reports.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to meet required SLAs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in production support or similar roles.
• Significant experience supporting multiple websites and web-based applications.
• Deep understanding of DNS management and SSL Certificates.
• Experience managing web platforms such as Heroku PaaS.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience supporting mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Strong analytical skills to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience as a Webmaster.
• Experience with Akamai support.
