Description

You will manage application-level L3 support activities and drive corrective actions for production issues.

Responsibilities

• Own application-level L3 support activities and end-to-end incident resolution.
• Analyze ticket requirements to perform necessary corrective actions.
• Manage client communications and handle requirements through direct interaction.
• Operate as an individual contributor to resolve production issues and maintain system stability.
• Document processes and technical findings within knowledge bases and repositories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support roles and processes.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, Logic Monitor, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proficiency with issue tracking systems including ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Practical experience with at least one programming language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing client expectations and performing necessary push-backs.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the insurance domain.
