Description

You will lead the production support team in managing, triaging, and resolving technical issues within data platforms and reporting systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production support team to manage and triage support tickets, ensuring SLA deadlines are met.
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for incident management, data platforms, and report monitoring.
• Debug and fix issues by analyzing VBA macros, Excel reports, complex SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS, and SSAS cubes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement mitigations to prevent recurring technical service issues.
• Manage offshore production support teams and coordinate with engineering, development, and testing teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience across Production Support, Data Analysis, and SDLC (Waterfall/Agile).
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and complex query writing.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, VBA, and Excel Macros.
• Experience with SSAS cubes and stored procedures.
• Proven experience managing production support teams, including offshore teams.
• Experience using 2-3 widely used monitoring or scheduling tools.
• Strong background in incident and problem management.

Preferred Skills

• Azure experience.
• Exposure to sensitive data management.
