Description

Provide application and production support in a 24x7 environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production.
• Query and analyze data using SQL for incident investigation.
• Manage and monitor scheduled jobs using enterprise scheduler tools.
• Utilize monitoring and logging tools to identify system performance issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions within ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 4-7 years of experience in production or application support.
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix and command-line tools.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and databases including Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of job schedulers like Autosys or Control-M.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Nagios, or Grafana.
• Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience working within AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL Foundation Certification.
