Key Responsibilities

Production Support

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and application deployments.
• Support data flows between financing applications and upstream/downstream systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Operations teams.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR), Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing activities.

Technical Projects

• Coordinate and execute project-related support tasks.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure production environment readiness and address operational constraints.

Governance & Operational Excellence

• Maintain applications and systems in accordance with Information Security policies.
• Support implementation of data protection and security controls.
• Monitor application performance, capacity, and availability; perform tuning where required.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Participate in Change Control review meetings to ensure data quality and governance compliance.
• Manage CyberArk bypass controls and support remediation activities.
• Facilitate task prioritization sessions with stakeholders.
• Drive automation and modernization of legacy processes using AI and other technologies
