Description

Provide technical support and act as the subject matter expert for Asset Finance and Securitization applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and problems using established management processes.
• Manage application deployments, changes, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Participate in rotational 24/7 on-call support.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot Java J2EE infrastructure.
• Document issues and maintain knowledge bases using Jira and ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production support experience.
• Strong proficiency in UNIX/Linux and Windows server administration.
• Expert SQL and PL/SQL query skills.
• Shell scripting capabilities (Python, Perl, or Batch).
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with schedulers such as AutoSys.
• Proficiency in incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Asset Finance, Securitization, and ABS business lines.
• Knowledge of WebSphere, Tomcat, and IBM MQ.
