Description

You provide L1/L2 production support for Credit, Working Capital, Asset Finance, and Securitization applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and application deployments for production systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Operations teams and support data flows between financing and upstream/downstream systems.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery, Liveplay, and Backup Recovery testing activities.
• Coordinate project-related support tasks, ensure production environment readiness, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain applications in accordance with Information Security policies and support implementation of data protection controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or application operations.
• Proficiency with CyberArk for access management and bypass control remediation.
• Experience monitoring application performance, capacity, and availability.
• Ability to document technical processes, workflows, and data flows.
• Participation in Change Control review meetings to ensure governance compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving automation and modernization of legacy processes using AI.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery testing methodologies.
