Description

You will manage and resolve operational issues within data pipelines and information products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data.
• Research, analyze, and resolve operational issues, providing root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Own and coordinate issue resolution between departmental and support partners, including communicating ETAs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks for routine operations.
• Automate file upload monitoring and maintain scalable data extract jobs.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Snowflake SQL.
• 2 years of experience with Tableau.
• 1 year of experience with Python.
• 1 year of experience with Smartsheet Datamesh.
• Working knowledge of APIs and Javascript.
• Experience with data warehousing and data modeling techniques.
• Experience managing large volumes of data, including integration, architecture, and cleansing.
• Knowledge of production support concepts including incident reporting, testing, debugging, monitoring, and audits.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
