Description

You will manage and maintain production systems, troubleshooting issues across application and infrastructure layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support production environments using established ITIL processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application and infrastructure layers.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health and performance using logging and monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in IT support or operations.
• Expertise in DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency with MQ messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Strong skills in Linux system administration.
• Competency in scripting or development using Ruby and Java.
• Experience querying and manipulating data using SQL.
• Familiarity with log aggregation and analysis tools like Splunk.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
