Description

You will lead real-time monitoring, incident response, and production stability initiatives for mission-critical Medicaid systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive resolution of SEV 1, 2, 3, and 4 production incidents.
• Triage and troubleshoot MFT, EDI X12 transactions, batch jobs, and integration flows.
• Support IBM middleware platforms including Datapower and MQ.
• Own production deployment readiness, governance, and validation activities.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, and production support documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or operations environments.
• Proficiency with Splunk, ServiceNow, Jira, Linux, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong understanding of integration flows, middleware, and data exchange systems.
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT) and EDI X12.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare or Medicaid domain experience.
• Experience with EDI 270/271 transactions.
