Description

You will maintain and troubleshoot production systems across IBM and database platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot production systems involving IBM MDM, RDM, and IBPM EPM.
• Execute and manage support tasks using Unix Shell Scripting.
• Manage incidents and requests within ServiceNow and Jira.
• Validate APIs and services using SOAP UI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support.
• Proficiency with IBM RDM and IBPM EPM.
• Experience managing incidents in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with Jira for tracking and workflow.
• Strong skills in Unix Shell Scripting.
• Working knowledge of DB2 and Netezza DB.
• Experience using SOAP UI for testing.
