Description

You will monitor and maintain production systems across Unix, Windows, Mainframe, and containerized environments while resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Stonebranch workflow automation and OpenShift containerized applications.
• Execute SQL queries and database operations to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python to streamline processes.
• Respond to and resolve compliance and IT risk-related incidents in real-time.
• Document issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles while collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.
• Experience with Shell scripting and Python development for automation.
• Knowledge of Mainframe systems and JCL (Job Control Language).
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift container deployment and management.
• Expertise in Stonebranch workflow orchestration platform.
• Understanding of IT risk frameworks and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of tenure in previous production support roles.
