Description

You will manage production support for service integration and related applications, ensuring system stability and availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident, service request, and change management, including root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Troubleshoot complex development and integration issues in production environments.
• Design and implement preventive health checks and monitoring tools to ensure system availability.
• Lead maintenance and deployment activities and provide shift support.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in L2/L3 Application Support roles.
• Technical expertise in Java, HTTP methods, and web services.
• Proficiency in API log analysis, response debugging, and testing with Postman.
• Hands-on scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Experience writing and debugging SQL queries with at least one RDBMS.
• Proficiency with Splunk, Jira, Datadog, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with AWS tools and Kafka.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-availability enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud-native monitoring.
