Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems to ensure stability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application stack.

• Maintain and update existing codebases to address production bugs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in production support or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Hands-on experience with the .NET framework.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Ability to write and execute Python scripts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
