Own production stability and issue resolution for the application stack.

Monitor production systems to ensure stability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the application stack. Analyze logs and database queries to identify root causes. Maintain and update existing codebases to address production bugs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in production support or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in C#.
• Hands-on experience with the .NET framework.
• Experience working with Oracle databases.
• Ability to write and execute Python scripts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any graduate field.
