Description

Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve daily production issues to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve application incidents to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of failures and implement permanent fixes.
• Drive process improvements to reduce recurring production issues.
• Facilitate break-fix activities on existing codebases to improve stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting production environments.
• Experience with root cause analysis and incident management.
• Ability to implement permanent fixes and code improvements.
• Understanding of application stability, scalability, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
