Description

You will provide application support and manage production environments to ensure system stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using observability tools.
• Write and execute SQL and PL/SQL queries for data access and debugging.
• Manage file navigation and transfers via SFTP.
• Support cloud-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with DataDog.
• Experience with AWS, specifically S3.
• Experience working with Kubernetes.
• Competency in log checking and SFTP.
• Ability to work rotating 16x7 shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of SLAs and ITSM processes.
• Familiarity with batch job scheduling tools like Control-M or Autosys.
