Description

Manage cleaning protocols and station monitoring within the plant facility to ensure compliance and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Execute 2-hour rotations to cover assigned sentry stations throughout your shift.
• Sanitize shoe scrubber stations, mop floors, disinfect surfaces, and dispose of trash.
• Monitor PPE levels at stations to ensure adequate supplies for employees and contractors.
• Perform shift handoff audits with oncoming and outgoing teams to maintain cleanliness continuity.
• Escort contractors from the security lobby to designated destinations and connect them with Facility Contractor Coordinators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or related roles.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Technical support capabilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including mopping and lifting.

Preferred Skills

• Previous professional cleaning experience.
