Description

You handle complex production support and system maintenance, resolving technical issues and maintaining application health.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues by partnering with application, vendor, and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain and update applications through remediation, capacity assessment, and technology refreshes.
• Lead the resolution of complex issues to meet established service level agreements.
• Troubleshoot application problems using diagnostic tools and restore service after failures.
• Manage and execute change events, including upgrades and patching.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience.
• 5+ years of distributed servers platform experience.
• 3+ years of Middleware experience in Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• 3+ years of Webserver experience in NGINX or Apache.
• Knowledge of network systems including F5, routing through subnets, and virtual network gateways.
• 2+ years of Splunk or AppDynamics experience.
• BS/BA degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Knowledge of Java, software lifecycle release tools (UDeploy, Subversion, Github), or workflow tools.
