Description

You will provide application support within a 16x7 rotating shift environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain application stability through active monitoring and log checking.
• Debug data issues by writing and executing SQL and PLSQL queries.
• Manage workloads within AWS, S3, and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor system health using observability tools like DataDog.
• Navigate file systems and manage data transfers via SFTP.

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency in SQL and PLSQL for data access and debugging.
• Experience with DataDog or similar observability platforms.
• Exposure to AWS, S3, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with log analysis and SFTP.
• Ability to work rotating shifts for 16x7 coverage.

• Any Graduate degree.
