Description

You will manage daily production support for Risk and Investments systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of incidents.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application and system health using alert tools to respond to escalations and outages.
• Investigate and resolve technical errors within production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis on incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Document support processes and procedures for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology, ideally supporting Investment and Investment Technology solutions.
• Experience with RDBMS/SQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Python and general scripting technologies.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to understand highly complex systems and data flows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for resolving technology and business problems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of markets, asset management/asset classes, and related accounting flows.
